We had the Philly cheese steak sandwich that was $25 and on the pricey side, it comes with a side and we both got the signature potato that is on a skewer. We both did not prefer it with the sauce that is drizzled over it and some of the potatoes were raw. The sandwich was amazing, right amount of beef brisket with cheese wiz and spicy peppers . The roll it was served on was the right texture soft but chewy to hold all of the goodness together . We took the sandwich home and heated it up a few days later and again still as fresh and amazing as the day we got it. Staff is amazing and the grill master was amazing to watch as he put together the Bloody Mary's with the whole menu on it . Go try it but no potatos , pick a different side .

UNBELIEVABLE!! I was hungry and in the middle of a tourist trap (Area 15) and wandered into The Beast!! OMG!! I will wander many more times!!!! The portions are HUGE!! The food is delicious!!! The presentation of the food is as awesome as it tastes!! We sat at the bar and watched the open fire grill and forgot we were in the middle of Vegas!! The pork was so beyond awesome!! Can't wait to come back!! (Food is so good. I started taking pictures of what people were eating next to me.) So funny I forgot to take a picture of our food!! I'm not a pork person or American cheese and it was to die for!!

We enjoyed our meal at The Beast! We ordered the brisket, Brussels sprouts, white pizza, and hibachi bowl. The best dishes were the Brussels sprouts and hibachi bowl. It's not that the brisket and pizza weren't good, but they were not the stars. The pizza had a thin crust, which I appreciated. We'd been to Area 15 before and walked by the restaurant, and both said, "We should try this place out," because the menu looked good and it was always busy. We are happy we did! I made a reservation, but it was not needed for the time we went (12 pm on a Sunday). Our server was attentive and kind and made it clear that the food would come out as it was ready; for example, the Brussels came out first, then the brisket, followed by the Hibachi bowl, and then the pizza. There weren't significant gaps in the different dishes coming to the table, but I know some people can be particular about that. I imagine if we wanted the food to come out in a specific order, we could have asked, but we did not have specific requests for this experience.
